This product is specifically designed for grinding and crushing materials such as plastic tracks that are tough and difficult to crush at room temperature.
The liquid nitrogen grinder first freezes the above-mentioned substances below the brittleness point, and then grinds them to the required fineness in the grinder without damaging the original components. And substances that are flammable and explosive at room temperature can also be crushed at low temperatures, resulting in more significant effects.

1. Manual operation
(1) Manually immerse the adapter and grinding tank into the liquid nitrogen sample and quickly cool it down to -196 degrees. Prevent sample degradation or achieve changes in the physical properties of the sample
(2) Then pack the adapter and grinding tank onto the grinding machine. Cover the safety cover and lock the safety lock for operation.
2. Automatic operation
(1) Install the adapter and grinding tank onto the grinding machine. Cover the safety cover and lock the safety lock for operation.
(2) Open the liquid nitrogen connection device, start liquid nitrogen delivery/or turn on the air cooler (to achieve 0 degree cooling)
(3) Turn on the liquid nitrogen control switch, and after the liquid nitrogen flows into the crushing tank, perform physical cooling. About a minute, quickly cool down to -196 degrees
(4) Turn on the grinding button and perform the operation. In just 15 seconds, the object instantly shatters.
(5) The flow rate of liquid nitrogen can be controlled throughout the process and can be filled at any time during operation.
